ZNCC’s contracting team negotiate, review, interpret, draft and analyze contract documents and are committed to their work from the start of the project to its close out. Our team consists of contract professionals with expertise in overseeing small to multi-million dollar contracts.

They work with clients to establish mutually acceptable contract terms and conditions and to develop program-wide strategies, contract formation and administration procedures and claim avoidance programs.Our team also coordinates the formations, obtains client approvals and provides the design and construction services department with the request for proposal documents.
